Here's a poll to help the officers decide what to do about turn out and the schedule. Whether it is for this year or next year, or if they choose not to use it. Here it is anyway.

I actually prefer saturday nights, but I voted for what I think will yield the best turnout.

to to clutter the thread up but any weekend morning or sat evening is fine with me.As long as the schedule says the time. not TBA.

If you change the schedule, please don't race on the days we do here in White Rock. We purposely scheduled around you so we could come down to race with you and you can come up to race with us.

BTW: Thanks to you that have come up to race with us.

In case any of you missed it. The schedule has been updated.

Is this final? Racing will remain in the afternoons?

I believe it was done just to eliminate the "TBA" that was there. So far we don't have much input from the officers on what we are voting on here, so until further notice, (or when no one shows up in the afternoons) we have to assume the schedule is as posted.
Popular opinion does have the power to change though. But for the most part I am seeing comments and votes from the folks who show up to race anyway. What we need is input from those who "aren't" showing up. (problem there is that most of those people aren't logging into the ARCOR site either)

We ARE sticking with the posted schedule and will NOT change half way through the season. This is FINAL !!! ARCOR has always raced on this schedule. The schedule is posted so you know when to show up for racing of toy cars and trucks and Short Course.

To try and help clear things up, I changed the schedule information prior to Scott's post.

At least we know the direction we're going with this.

There was alot of TBA's on there becouse we were trying to see how to run the growing 1/8 class's and the 1/10 stuff all together and get everyone out at a reasonable time without having to run under headlights and not having enough people to turn marshall and pit for the Nitro crowd.

I talked with ED from Bern Co. and we will now have porta-pottys and asphalt millings to complete the park, and he is working on the rest of the list as he can.

We updated the schedule and it will make its way to the hobby shops this week. So print a new one post it to the Ice-Box and you now know when we are racing.

well ARCOR has alway has lots of racers show up on Saturday afternoons too....but THAT ain't happening. We were just discussing things that might help alleviate that problem.
And for those of you who didn't come out, the tracks were both in great shape. Just shows what a little rain (or watering) can do for the tracks. Honestly, I think that if someone could stop by the day before racing and give both tracks a good soaking, we might not even need to wet the track on Saturday.

Working on lights and more water pressure and volume for watering.

I voted for Sat evenings. Sorry we havent been showing up due to this moving nightmare !!!and conflicts with White Rock, but we are back. I am on today looking to see if we are racing today...we are itchin to play. It looks like we are still out of whack. Nothing this weekend, NNMRCCC is next week, so we will see you guys on the 14th.
